Terasense Full Body Security Scanner 

With the rising levels of violence and terrorism worldwide, TeraSense is now receiving numerous inquiries for security screening systems similar to those used at airports, but based on terahertz (THz) imaging technology. Terahertz waves are completely harmless to humans and do not produce ionizing radiation, unlike X-ray machines. These properties of terahertz and sub-terahertz spectral ranges make T-ray–based screening solutions ideal for applications where human health and safety are paramount.The TeraSense team has taken these challenges seriously and is now ready to offer our own active terahertz–based stand-off security screening system (“body scanner”).
